Bulgaria has many tourist destinations and attractions, but one of its most outstanding and amazing location offering stupendous scenery and rich history is Veliko Tarnovo. This city that is at times referred to as the Czar City is the administrative capital of Veliko Tarnovo, and is located close to Yantra River.

Nevertheless, to get a feel of life in Veliko Turnovo, walk down Rakovski Street. This street was once upon a time the main trading centre, but today it is filled with ancient shops that have been well preserved, and it is also here that you can get souvenirs for your visit to this historically rich city.
